Architect DLA designed the new building, located in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, which houses 200 employees across three floors. The offices are arranged with a mix of cellular and open-plan working, plus reception, library, meeting and break-out areas.The 200 Bisley LateralFile™ SystemFile™ hybrid storage units were specified in grey with timber tops to perfectly match the Bene T-Platform workstations, helping to give the workplace a light and natural feel. They were complemented by 204 Bisley Integrated pedestals and a dozen special recycling units.In open plan areas, the amount of local storage around desk clusters has been maximised, to accommodate a large number of technical documents, research materials and plans. Banks of storage also help to break up the space and define circulation routes through the workplace.
