When Staples, the worlds largest office products company decided to relocate its headquarters, they took the opportunity to introduce new ways of working to offer greater flexibility to its employees.
To facilitate this, Bisley was able to develop an efficient workspace solution using its Be by Bisley range of integrated desks and storage.Flexible storage for each member of staff was provided in the form of Be 4-person workstations, which incorporate sliding door cupboards and shallow personal drawers to allow maximum personalisation of space.Touchdown areas were created with bench desks that were fully cable managed and powered to provide a seamless working environment for nomadic staff. Management suites were created with stand-alone management desks, complementing meeting tables and credenza units. The adaptability of the Be by Bisley range meant that it was also successful in providing solutions for other areas, such as the staff canteen, where high tables were provided to offer Staples employees a place to take a quick coffee break or enjoy their lunch.Additionally, Bisley LateralFile cupboards were used to offer additional secure storage space in open areas.
